District 55 on Tikhoretsky Avenue, bounded by Tikhoretsky Ave., Nauki Ave., Obruchevykh St., and Gidrotekhnikov St. in the Kalininsky District of St. Petersburg. As part of the Targeted Program for the Development of Built-up Territories in St. Petersburg, 17 buildings in the district are subject to resettlement and demolition.
This website presents a concept for the comprehensive development of the Tikhoretsky 55 district. The project implementation will create a new well-developed urban environment, fully equipped with its own infrastructure. Through traffic will be completely excluded within the project area. As part of the renovation program, existing utility networks will be upgraded and new ones will be installed throughout the neighborhood.
One of the project's objectives is to provide the neighborhood with essential social infrastructure facilities necessary for creating a complete living space.
